In Grant County it’s easy to see why the potato is king, but even kings have to fight battles. After getting tariffs lifted to three countries, potato growers are now fighting a different kind of battle with the USDA as a proposed limit on the amount of potatoes served in school lunches is coming under fire from Washington potato growers.
