The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association is searching for suspects after recovering a stolen pickup truck and 3,000 pounds of stranded copper wire stolen from an Oklahoma ranch.

Three 750-foot coils of large diameter, unused copper cable and a truck were stolen from a ranch in the Chelsea, Okla. area on May 27 or 28. The truck was recovered June 3 and TSCRA Special Ranger John Cummings and Rogers County Investigator Joe Garber and Deputy Virgil Carter acted on a tip to recover the copper last Wednesday in an open field in the Foyil, Okla. area.
