The number of pro-Keystone XL pipeline Senate Democrats who oppose a House GOP maneuver to approve the pipeline in debt-ceiling legislation is growing.

Last week, in reporting that the debt-ceiling gambit splits the pro-pipeline coalition, E2-Wire noted that Sen. Mark Begich (D-Alaska) opposes the plan and Sen. Heidi Heitkamp (D-N.D.) was noncommittal.

Now Bloomberg reports that pro-pipeline Sens. Max Baucus (D-Mont.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) also oppose tethering a debt-ceiling hike to Keystone’s approval.
