Former vice president Al Gore’s climate project plans to explore the cost of carbon emissions next week at its annual “24 Hours of Reality” event.

Superstorms, flooding, wildfires, food and water scarcity are all consequences of carbon pollution, according to Gore’s Climate Reality Project.

The talks will discuss issues spanning six continents and will have different panels for each region. Gore and World Bank President Jim Yong Kim will sit on the North America panel.

The project is also launching a new tool, which offers an interactive experience for viewers making it possible for them to track the effects of carbon on their lives.
