Wonder what changed her mind?
Check it out:

Darrell Issa, the Republican chair of the House Oversight Committee, told Fox News on Sunday that disgraced IRS official Lois Lerner will testify before Congress on Wednesday — despite her lawyer’s earlier assertion that she will continue to take the Fifth.

Formerly the head of the IRS’ Exempt Investigations Division, Lerner resigned following allegations that her office engaged in the deliberate targeting of conservative Tea Party groups for additional scrutiny. She famously refused to testify on the scandal last spring, invoking her right against self-incrimination. And she has refused additional Oversight Committee overtures to testify for months.
