I’m sure they know how many people have paid!
Check it out:

House Ways and Means committee chairman Rep. Dave Camp and health subcommittee chairman Rep. Kevin Brady held up “new evidence” Tuesday to accuse the Obama administration of “misleading” Congress about supposedly not keeping track of how many Obamacare customers have paid their first-month premiums.

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius recently testified before Ways and Means that the administration is not keeping track of how many Obamacare enrollees have paid their premiums.

But the Committee on Ways and Means is calling nonsense.
